Welcome to Protyze! We strive to provide the highest quality protein supplements and outstanding customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policies carefully.
Returns
Eligibility
- Products purchased in Sale Offers are not eligible for returns/exchange.
- Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with the seal intact.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number, receipt).
- Flavor exchange is available within 7 days of the delivery date with additional pick-up & delivery charges as per actuals.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Partial orders can not be returned/exchanged.
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at feedback@protyze.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return with product images, AWB label & videos supporting your reason.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will evaluate the return reason and schedule the return/reverse pick-up accordingly.
- Packaging: Securely package the items in the original packaging.
- Refunds: Refunds will be initiated only when the returned product has reached our warehouse facility and passed the quality check. Refunds will be reflected to the customer’s original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Shipping: Our delivery partner will pick up the return/reverse pick-up scheduled. All return charges are prepaid by customers.

Exchanges
Eligibility
- Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at feedback@protyze.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Cancellations:
- To cancel an order, contact our customer service team at feedback@protyze.com
- Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
- Orders in transit can not be recalled.
